Appealing Hire to Retire

Most employee guidelines will get lost, or neglected. Holcim approached us to create an employee book that their workforce will love. To ensure sustainability, we created a hard bound book that can only be read on a desk, ring binded to easily add on later. The appeal begins with the cover, it's light, dynamic, and friendly, it's also familiar, with subtle patterns of Batik Kawung motifs. The cold tables and charts are redrawn and reorganized into softer and legible infographics, complete with comic styled icons and illustrations.
