With fins that deflect the sun's rays, the building's interior is relatively cooler, minimizing the use of air conditioning, while movement zoning throughout the business parks enables people to traffic efficiently, at ease. Thus, the identity takes cue from its enviro concept, the leaf vein signifying the environment craved into a ruby-cut form.
